Georgia Williams case - Serious Case Review into Police conduct
Lucy Allan supported the parents of Telford teenager Georgia Williams, in helping them getting justice for their daughter, Georgia Williams. After a botched police investigation into previous offences, perpetrator Jamie Reynolds was released and went on to murder Georgia Williams. Lucy helped Steve and Lynette Williams campaign for an inquiry into the conduct of West Mercia Police and highlighted the issue with ministers, in Parliament and in the media.
Lucy later went on to campaign for victims rights and the end to early release of serious sexual offenders.
