Today in Parliament, Lucy Allan MP placed a cross in the Garden of Remembrance in Parliament to commemorate all those from Telford who gave their lives in service to their country. The Garden of Remembrance, in New Palace Yard, is a poignant tribute to the fallen and will remain in place until after Remembrance Day. It honours the fallen from every parliamentary constituency across the UK and from the other Commonwealth Nations.
In her role as Telford’s Member of Parliament, Lucy will be attending two local services this weekend to pay her respects.
