Today in Parliament Lucy asked Secretary of State for Education, Nadhim Zahawi, about reform to the children's social care sector. The Minister recognised Lucy's point that "lessons learned" and repeated reviews fail to address the fundamental and systemic problems that have seen some of the most vulnerable children failed by social services.
